Biddy Bags' Terms and Conditions

We accept payment via direct deposit to our Commonwealth Bank Account or PayPal. We do not accept cheques. Direct Deposit Payment is due within 3 days after purchase.

Those who select to pay direct deposit will receive the account details during the checkout process for you to deposit the money into.

If payment has not been received within 3 days we will put the item you purchased back online for sale.

Return Policy

The bags may be returned if:

1. Product Misrepresentation: meaning if you receive a product that is different to the one that you purchased. Please note that colours may vary from photos due to use of flash and differences in monitor settings - this does not classify as product misrepresentation.

2. The bag is faulty: Due to the nature of crochet the handle may stretch along with the crocheted part of the bag. This is not deemed faulty but part of the unique appeal. To get the bag back into its original state hand wash in cold water and dry flat in shade. Also, due to the handmade nature of this bag, at times it may need a little love and care with a stitch up here or there. This wear and tear is not a fault of the bag but part of the nature of handmade items.

3. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges.

4. If you change your mind or decide that you do not like the bag anymore this is not grounds for a refund.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping within Australia is $7.50 flat rate for all purchases except the iPouch and Clutch which is $2:00.  We strongly recommend registered post on all purchases due to the large volume of missing items with Australia Post. We will not be responsible for items once they have been posted. Registered post costs an extra $3.00.

After payment confirmation, item will be shipped within 48 hours. Shipping confirmation email will be sent when item is shipped. Normally delivery takes 3 to 5 business days (not including Saturday & Sunday).
